Noted Note is a personal notes app provided by Jerry Munyoka Nkongolo ("Noted Note", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Noted Note app on iPhone.

Information handled by the app

Noted Note does not require an account. The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, social features, or an active third-party data-collection service.

Your notes, drawings, imported photos, handwriting choices, paper theme, sound settings, and other preferences are created and processed in the app. Notes and app preferences are stored on your device unless you choose to enable iCloud sync.

Optional iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your notes, drawings, and imported photos are transmitted to and stored by Apple using CloudKit in your private iCloud database so they can remain available across your Apple devices. Noted Note does not operate a separate developer server for your notes and does not use note content for advertising, analytics, marketing, or tracking.

iCloud is optional. You can continue using Noted Note with local storage only. Apple processes iCloud information under Apple's terms and privacy policy.

Purchases

Noted Note offers one optional, non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple's StoreKit system. Apple processes the transaction and payment information. Noted Note receives only the purchase entitlement needed to unlock the paid features; we do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.

Noted Note does not use RevenueCat or another third-party purchase service while this policy is in effect.

Device permissions and third-party services

Noted Note uses Apple's system photo picker so you can choose individual images to add to a note. It does not request broad photo-library access, and it does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, health information, or advertising identifier.

The app uses Apple services for App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, optional CloudKit sync, device backup where enabled, and standard platform diagnostics. Apple may process information independently under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data control and deletion

You can edit or delete individual notes, including their drawings and imported photos, inside Noted Note. You can turn iCloud sync off in the app's settings to continue using the local copy. You can manage information stored in iCloud through your Apple Account and device settings, subject to Apple's controls and retention practices.

Deleting the app removes its local app container from that device, subject to Apple device-backup behavior. Information already stored in iCloud may remain in your iCloud account until you remove it using Apple's available controls.

Support communications

If you contact us for support, we use the email address and information you voluntarily provide only to respond to your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Email communications are handled by your email provider and ours. Do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive note content.
