Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Noted Note version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive note content.

Purchases and restoring

Noted Note offers one optional, one-time purchase called the whole drawer. It unlocks every paper, pen, handwriting style, and iCloud sync. There is no subscription.

If you already purchased the unlock, open Noted Note's purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles payment and purchase restoration through the App Store.

iCloud sync

Noted Note stores notes locally by default. After purchasing the whole drawer, you can enable iCloud sync in Settings to keep notes available through your private iCloud account.

If sync is not working:

1. Confirm you are signed into iCloud on the device.
2. Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled in the device's Settings.
3. Confirm Noted Note is allowed to use iCloud.
4. Reopen Noted Note and check the sync setting again.
5. Keep the app open briefly while the first sync completes.

Turning sync off does not intentionally delete the local copy of your notes.

Does Noted Note require an account?

No. There is no Noted Note account or login.
