Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Platen version and a short description of what happened. You do not need to send us the contents of your private notes.
Tap the plus button in Box to create a note. Your writing is saved on your device. Use search in Box to find a letter, and visit Studio to adjust your writing setup.
Long-press the capsule to switch the writing lamp on or off. The writing settings let you adjust the light.
Open Studio, then Recently Deleted, to recover a note that is still in that collection.
In Studio, open Backup & iCloud to export a separate backup, restore a saved backup, or enable optional iCloud synchronization. Use the same Apple Account on your supported devices. Synchronization also carries deletions; a separate exported backup lets you keep an earlier copy.
If you can open the app, export a backup before deleting it. Deleting an app can remove local writing. Contact support if a note cannot be opened.
