These Terms of Use apply to Press Paper, provided by Jerry Munyoka Nkongolo / Rafikki Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Press Paper is licensed through Apple’s App Store, not sold. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app and is incorporated into these terms:

If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.
Subject to these terms and Apple’s usage rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Press Paper on Apple devices that you own or control.
You keep the rights you already hold in photographs and other content you use with Press Paper. We do not claim ownership of your photographs or finished exports.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use, edit, and share the content you select. You must not use Press Paper to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.
Press Pass is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. The price shown by the App Store before purchase is the price that applies.
Apple processes payments, refunds, and purchase history. You can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase made with the same Apple Account. Press Pass is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
Press Paper creates artistic simulations of halftone and print processes. Colours, dimensions, textures, and registration may appear differently on other screens, printers, papers, or physical presses. You are responsible for checking exported files before production or publication.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Some functions depend on Apple services or RevenueCat purchase services and may be temporarily unavailable.
